Log into your PONY account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original shoe box or apparel bag, ensuring all original tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside.

Ship It Back

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
